Refund Policy
When money can be returned, and when a charge is final.
Card payments go through Stripe. Crypto micropayments go through x402 on Base. This page matches the Terms of Use.
1. Pro subscriptions
Cancel anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal from the billing dashboard. Access continues through the end of the paid month or year. We do not prorate unused API quota when you cancel mid-cycle.
If you were charged in error (duplicate checkout, unused subscription opened by mistake within a few days), email [email protected] or use the enterprise form. We review those case by case.
2. Free plan
The Free plan has no subscription fee. There is nothing to refund.
3. x402 agent payments
Agent renders are $0.01 USDC on Base. Once a payment is settled on-chain it is final. MCP tools that only mint a URL do not charge; fetching that URL does.
4. Chargebacks
Open a ticket with us before disputing a legitimate charge. Chargebacks for usage that matches these terms may result in account suspension.
